Connect SoberStack to your AI

Ask Claude, ChatGPT or any app that supports MCP about your streaks, or have it update them for you.

What it can do

How to connect

  1. In your AI app, add a custom connector (it may be called an MCP server or integration) and paste the server URL above.
  2. Sign in with the email and password you use in the SoberStack app.
  3. Check what it's asking for and tap Allow.

Your data

A connected app can read and change everything in your account, including your journal. It only ever sees your own data. Only connect apps you trust. You can disconnect any app at any time from connected apps.
